丁侃,1996 年 7 月在中国药科大学获生来自药学专业硕士学位, 1999 年 8 月在中国科学院上海药物研究所获有机化学博士学位。 1999 年 9 月至 2005 年 11 月年360百科分别在瑞典隆德大学 (Lund University) ,美国加州大学、欧文分校 (University of California, Irvine) ,美国哈佛大学医学院、麻省总院 (Harvard Medica双践大传克比房转l School/MGH, Harvard University) 进行博士后训练, 2005 年 12月,被中国科学院以"百人计划"形式引进回国,始任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员,博士生导师。

研究方向

  现主要从事肿瘤效容序中细胞膜蛋白聚糖结构与功能机制研究,多糖和寡糖的生物活性,构效关系,和作用机制研究,并值批位八在此基础上从事基于糖的药物新息放办升谓角传靶标和新药发现研究。

  建立了糖类药物研发平台,已为国内外大学,科研院所和企来自业服务提供多糖,寡糖分离选林再办物门案纯化,结构鉴定,纯度分析,工艺因肉三声身什减防天规干改造,质量控制,功能机制研究等多项服务。

  建立了两个新药筛选平台:一个是靶向转录因子Id360百科1的抗肿瘤药物筛选平台,一个是抗炎药物和免疫系统药物价笑许养族鸡米声肥田筛选平台。

  从300百多种中草药中提取、纯化700余种多糖组分及化合物,鉴定了部分结构。

  发现25个NF-k图将热发appaB抑制剂,70个 N丰什F-kappaB激活剂,22个抗癌生物活性化合物。其中5个可以成为候选药。

  申请4项专利(一项国际专利),获准一项专利,研究成果主要发表在Journal of Cell Biology,Journal of Biological Chemistry,Cancer Letters, Carbohydrate Research, Carbohydrate Polymers,Journal of Nat械国制丰套善英饭办本氢ural Products等期刊上,共33篇。
