(一)昆虫天然免疫学
德细师李赵富延 1.基于组学数据,筛选参与昆虫天然免来自疫反应的重要基因。
2.运用分子生物学、生物化学、细胞学、遗传学等手段研360百科究外源物入侵后昆虫体液免疫和细胞免疫反应被激活和调控的分子机制。
(二)害虫生物防治
1.研究昆虫病原菌或线虫对昆虫天然免疫的影响。
2.基于对昆虫天然免疫反应能力的破坏或削弱,研究对害虫的生物防治。
