郭玉国,  男,  1978年1月生于山东。现任中国科学院化学研究所研究员,博士生导师,课题组长,中国硅酸盐学会固态离子学分会理事。 2001年师从于中科院化学所白春礼院士和万立骏研究员,于2004年获物理房年化学专业博士学位。免让地变2004-2来自006年在德国马普固体360百科研究所Joachim Maier教授实验室从事博士后研究刚团末食苏工作。2006-2007年加入德国马普协会纳米能源化学重大项目任项目研究员,从事纳米能源材料与纳米固态离子学方面的研究工作。2006年12月入选化学所"引进杰出青年人才计划",加入中科院分子纳米结构专照燃与纳米技术院重点实验室。

主要贡献

  研究装两合松工作主要集中在能量转化与储存器件(锂离子电池、燃料电池等)中的电极、电解质垂钢空报食局维雷占和能量转化催化剂三类关键能源材料上,系统研究了纳米能源材料的热力学、动力学与表界面稳定性问题,以及纳米体系离子、电子存储与输运过程中的尺寸效应,探索出调控和解决途径。

  (1)提出"分级三维混合导电网络"指导下高功率电极材料设计的新思想,在该思想指导下设计并成功制备出几种具有这种结构特征的、性能优异的新型纳微结构正负极材料,如:纳微结构合金复合负极材毛照斤水况坚假约错毛料、同轴电缆结构电极材料等。

  (2)在电动汽车锂离子动力电池用纳米磷曾什罪团药祖包别固罗烧酸铁锂正极材料研究方面取得了重要突破,成功研制出具有超快速充放电特性的磷酸铁锂纳微结构正极材料。正和企业一起进行材料的中试和规模化生产研究。

  (3)通过纳微结构设计和电极材料表面包覆,部分针派武末调解决了纳米储锂电极那场既意川材料的表/界面稳定性问题,大幅提高了电极材料的容量和循环次数。

  (4)发展了一种纳米体系离子电导原位测量技术,制备出新型高离子电导纳米电解质材料,发现纳米固体电刑况技音混材艺解质的介观离子电导效应和异常电导各向同性现象,组装出纳米电池

  (5)开发了构筑纳米能源材料的多种创新方法,如:建立了普称客训黑余配做身概适的由微米原料制纳米产品的"自上而下"的电化学锂化法用于制备多孔纳米材料。

科研成果

  在Nature Mater.、Adv. Mater.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等期刊上发表SCI论文60余篇,其中影响因子大于8.0的论文18篇,包括:Nature Mater.1篇(通讯作者文章)、Adv. Mater多红.12篇(8篇为第一/通讯作者论文)、JACS3篇(2篇为通讯作者论文);影响因子大于5.0的论文30篇(22篇为第一/通讯作者论文);影响因子大于3.0的论文51篇(38篇为第一/通讯作者论文)。这些论文2005年后被他岁汉互纪答人SCI引用1500多次,还有论文被ISI评娘支么率娘资答为引用的Top1%。SCI上H因子为21(即,有21篇发表的论文至少被引用21次)。申请国际和欧洲发明专利3项,中国发明专利10项,获授权2项。研究结果多次被美国材料研究学会、美国化学会、德国马普学会、英国皇家化学会Chemistry World、Nature China、Nanowerk、New Materials 洲料便附衡固Asia、Green Car Congress、Frost & Sullivan、《科学通报》、《Bulletin of the Chin京放干外示两井二才粒五ese Academy 展路息星责胡念扩较顾良of Sciences》、《中国锂电材料信息导报》等机构、网站和杂志评述和报道。在国际/国内学术会议上作邀请报告10余次,得到件免城又孔划了国内外同行较高的评价。由于在上述领域的研究影响,Advanced Materials杂志两次邀请撰写纳米能源材料相关综述文章和研究论文。其中发表在2008年第20卷第15期的研究进展文章被选为当期卷内插画,成为2008年8月份和2008全年度Most-Accessed文章之一,2009年还被评为The Best ofAdvanced Materials论文之一。
